LeadWarmer is an orchestration platform that connects your CRM to HeyGen for automated AI video generation. You are responsible for maintaining your own HeyGen account and complying with HeyGen's terms of service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, ensuring all lead data is collected with proper consent, and using our services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period.

LeadWarmer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
